Ingredients

  • Chicken drumsticks - 8

  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp

  • Sea salt- 1 tsp

  • Black pepper- 1/2 tsp

  • Garlic powder- 1 tsp

  • Smoked paprika-1 1/2 tsp

  • Chilli powder-1/4 tsp

  • Onion powder-1 tsp

 

Cooking method

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Line a baking sheet with aluminium foil and gently coat with nonstick cooking oil. Place aside.

  • Take the drumsticks out of the package. , pat them dry. Put it in a dish or a resealable plastic bag. Toss in the olive oil to coat.

  • Seasonings should be combined in a small bowl. Toss the chicken in the bowl/bag until it is evenly covered.

  • Arrange the drumsticks on a baking pan. Place in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

Take it out, serve it with a delicious healthy dip or eat it plain. Enjoy!
