  • 3 pound split chicken wings with tips removed

  • Melted butter 2 Tbsp/olive oil

  • Kosher salt -2 Tsp

  • Black pepper-1/2 Tsp

  • Garlic powder- 1 Tsp

  • Smoked paprika- 1 Tsp

Cooking instructions

  • Oven preheated to 400°F. Cover two rimmed baking pans with foil and place wire racks into them.

  • Mix the chicken wings with the melted butter/ olive oil in a large mixing dish.

  • Place the coated chicken wings on the wire racks in a single layer, without overlapping. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to taste.

  • Bake the wings for 40 minutes, or until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
