The big secret to successful weight loss is to set some goals. Don"t just set one big, rather set goals to achieve milestones to reach your ultimate weight loss goal. By setting incremental goals, you map out your path to success. It provides you a plan as to where you are going. Without goals, you will have no idea of how much work you need to do!
Ask yourself some questions when setting your goals:

- When do you expect to lose all the weight?
