Trying to lose weight? Eat more for breakfast and less for dinner

The clock is ringing. 7:00 a.m. Time to get up, eat, and take a shower and go to work. That's how a usual morning starts for most people. Getting up is more or less easy, staying under the water doesn't take more than 5-10 minutes, deciding what clothes to wear and dressing up takes about another 10 minutes (especially if you're a woman). The next step would be drinking your coffee and eating a slice of bread with some scrambled eggs and ham. The coffee part doesn't fall away; after all, that's what wakes you up entirely in the morning. But there's just no time left for that breakfast when you're running late.

That happens sometimes, doesn't it? It's easy to be late for work, really. But when you're on a diet, a fixed schedule is very important and you must keep to it or else you just won't be able to lose body fat.

It is a well known fact that a square breakfast supports your entire day. Lunch and dinner don't necessarily have to be that copious, because breakfast will supply you with enough energy. In fact dinner should be very moderate.

Recent research has shown that skipping breakfast starts certain thoughts in the mind that urges us to have an appetite for higher calorie foods during the day. Skipping breakfast normally results in hunger and dieters will choose foods that are more fattening.

During the research, scientists have studied 20 healthy volunteers who had to classify different kinds of foods. According to the data, those who had skipped breakfast on the day of the experiment marked high calorie foods as more desirable ones, than those who had breakfast that day. This can explain why most dieters can't lose weight with starvation or skipping meals.

A weight loss program will not be successful enough if it's only made up of eating less food irregularly and consuming slimming pills. An affective diet plan starts with eating a rich but healthy, low calorie breakfast in the morning, this way it will be easier to maintain your healthy weight.
